Established in 1982, we started selling eggs from our family chickens to the local community. Over 40 years later, we have increased our products and now distribute butter, cheese, sausage, bacon and many food items to the greater Hudson Valley area. Hudson Valley Eggs come from a 4th generation family owned farm in Upstate NY.
