Hudson Valley Eggs come from a 4th generation family owned farm in Upstate NY. Established in 1982, we started selling eggs from our family chickens to the local community. Over 30 years later, we have now grown to distribute butter, cheese, bacon and other food items to the greater Hudson Valley area.
